Getting access
This site sits behind Cloudflare Access, so every visitor has to prove they hold a company email address before any page loads. You do not need a VPN connection and you do not need a separate account or password.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”- Open the site URL. You will be redirected to a Cloudflare sign-in page instead of the docs.
- Enter your company email address.
- Cloudflare emails you a one-time code. Paste it into the form.
- You land on the page you originally requested.
Your session lasts for the duration configured on the Access application, so you will not be asked for a code on every visit. Signing in once per work session is typical.
If you cannot get in
Section titled “If you cannot get in”The sign-in page rejects your email address. The Access policy matches on the company email domain. If you use an alias or a contractor address on a different domain, it will be refused. Contact the site owner listed below so the policy can be extended.
The code never arrives. Check spam and quarantine first. Corporate mail filtering sometimes holds Cloudflare’s notification mail on first contact. If it is genuinely missing after a few minutes, that usually needs a mail allowlist entry, so report it rather than retrying repeatedly.
The page will not load at all, with no sign-in prompt. This is more likely a network policy issue than an Access issue: some corporate web proxies block newly registered domains until they are categorized. Note whether you are on the corporate network, on VPN, or on a home connection when you report it, because that detail is what narrows it down.
Who to contact
Section titled “Who to contact”- Site owner: add name and email
- Support channel: add chat channel or ticket queue
